How to pay
For the participant package, payment is made after the organizing committee has approved your application and you have received your invitation to the Innovate Together Summit 2026.
Register on the website and wait for your application to be approved.
Receive the official invitation to the Summit by email.
Log in to your personal web office and confirm your attendance.
Go to the ‘My events – Innovate Together Summit 2026 – Payment’ tab of the personal web office.
Pay the participation fee — 1800 USD per delegate — following the instructions in your personal web office.
Receive the payment confirmation and your participant badge details.
Please note
- International participants pay only from outside Russia. Payment for international participants is not allowed from inside Russia.
- Make the payment only through your personal web office. The organizing committee never sends payment details via messengers.
- The payment date is the date the full amount is credited.
- Full and timely payment is required to receive a badge and access to the venue.
Visa support
Foreign participants with the participant package will be provided with visa support and the opportunity to obtain a short-term visa — from 1 December up to 20 December 2026.
Entry documents
If you need a visa to enter the Russian Federation, you must have the following documents with you to cross the border:
- a visa
- a valid passport
- a medical insurance policy valid in the Russian Federation (if required for your visa category)
Citizens of countries with a visa-free agreement with the Russian Federation can enter with a valid passport under the conditions established for their country.
What kind of visa do I need?
Visa by invitation
Step 1. Generate an invitation for foreign arrivals
- Please note: this is not the invitation to the Innovate Together Summit 2026 itself. It is a special document from the organizers, issued through your personal web office.
- All confirmed participants receive an official invitation to the Summit by email. After receiving it, log in to your personal web office and confirm your attendance.
- Go to the ‘My events – Innovate Together Summit 2026 – Event dashboard – Payment’ tab and complete the payment of the participation fee.
- Once the payment is completed, the ‘Visa support’ tab becomes available in your personal web office.
- Your personal information is automatically transferred from the personal web office to the document. You can manually add the city and country where you will be applying for your visa.
- Download and print the invitation for foreign arrivals.
Step 2. Submit an application at a consular office
- Please note: foreign nationals can only obtain an invitation-based visa at consular institutions of the Russian Federation. They cannot be obtained at a visa centre or travel agency.
- To receive a visa for entry into Russia, individuals in possession of an invitation must apply at the relevant foreign consular office of the Russian Federation and provide the invitation for foreign arrivals and the other required visa documents.
- Information about the location of Russian consular offices can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
- We recommend that participants apply at their Russian consular office in good time, and at least 2 weeks before their departure.
Electronic visa (e-visa)
- 01Single-entry visa, valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
- 02Permitted stay: up to 16 days from the day of entry.
- 03Apply on the official e-visa website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs no earlier than 40 and no later than 4 days before entry.
- 04The e-visa fee is paid online by international bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and is non-refundable.
